Food is not added in the wallet?

If Food/money is not added to your wallet, please first check your internet connection. If there is any issue with the connection, please resolve it or restart your app if necessary. How to Send Fish?

Option 1: To get started, click on the desired Fish. This action will open the Fish Info panel. Next, click on the send button, which will then open the Send Fish panel. In the Send Fish panel, enter the unique ID of the recipient and then click on the send button to complete the process.

Option 2: To proceed, click on the Shop and then navigate to the My Fish Panel. From there, select your desired Fish and click on the send button, which will open the Send Fish panel. In the Send Fish panel, enter the unique ID of the recipient and then click on the send button to complete the process.

How to Send Food?

Navigate to Wallet panel and proceed to click on the option to Send Food. In the Send Food panel, input the desired quantity of food along with the corresponding Unique ID, and then click on the send button to send food

How to Buy Fish?

 After adding Money/Food to your wallet, navigate to the Shop panel and choose the desired fish from the available options. Once you have selected the fish you want to purchase, simply click on the Buy button to buy the Fish.

How to Buy Food?

To begin, Navigate to the Wallet panel and select the option to add food. Next, either scan the QR code provided or utilize the provided UPI ID to initiate the payment using UPI apps. Once the payment has been successfully processed, kindly share the payment receipt via WhatsApp at the number (+91 8377003300) for verification purposes. Your account will be credited with the purchased food within a span of 10 to 20 minutes.
